For each person pre-registering, please include names (mundane and SCAdian), indication of adult or minor, and membership information (copy proof of membership or indicate that you are not a member). Please also include an address, phone number and/or email address so we may contact you if necessary.

If you are bringing a minor unaccompanied by their parents, please bring appropriate waivers.
